Unlock the game from the inside out.

Our community is the best in the women’s game. We pair this with our agency arm to create initiatives and campaigns that push the game forward.

Nike

Sportswear

The initiative. This partnership between She’s A Baller, Initiative and Nike Football, created a campaign that connected ‘GameChanging’ elite athletes with grassroots culture and the next generation of players. Nike United was activated through a layered approach and our job was to elevate the campaign by giving 16–20-year-old girls a space to come together, compete and connect through challenges testing speed, precision, and touch.

What we did. Our partnership delivered impact across culture, community and content - using the GameChangers as cultural catalysts, driving participation through the Wicked Games and sustaining visibility via always-on content. Wicked Games created a unique IP, becoming the first grassroots event of its kind, that blended product, people and participation to drive engagement and reinforce Nike Football’s leadership in women’s football.

Puma

Grassroots

The initiative. We partnered with Puma to launch ‘Next Up’ – a grassroots-focused initiative aiming to support and highlight the next generation of female talent. The aim was to create impactful opportunities for female players.

What we did. We held a ‘Next Up Tournament’ in London, with over 300 girls making up 32 teams. From the tournament, we narrowed it down to 45 players for an 11-a-side showcase game. From there Next Up FC was created. The team went on to play two showcase games against Leyton Orient and Dulwich Hamlet, with players being offered trials and one female baller winning a year’s boot deal.

Pro Direct

Experiential

The initiative. Keen to infiltrate communities and establish Pro Direct soccer as a key retailer, together with Nike Football, both brands came to us with a brief to help create a stand out moment to celebrate the launch of the new Tiempo boots.

What we did. Alongside Nike Football and Pro Direct Soccer we produced and hosted an event giving 32 of the best grassroots dribblers the chance to be crowned Tiempo Grandmaster by Manchester United star, Matheus Cunha. The format was simple and the stakes high. 1 vs 1 games with the winner staying on to build the longest winning streak for a chance at making the final. The tournament took place within a bespoke Tiempo pitch, designed in the shape of the Tiempo logo. With prizes such as signed boots and £1K in Pro Direct vouchers up for grabs, the winner was crowned whilst sat in a throne made of Techleather - the same material used in the design of the boot.

Mastercard

Brand

The initiative. We partnered with Mastercard to bring Style Of Our Own to life: a six-month London pop-up designed for fans of women’s sport and the women who play it. More than a retail space, it was built as a community-first home for 35+ female-led businesses, giving women’s sport, style and culture a platform of their own.

What we did. We launched Style Of Our Own by building intrigue, cultural relevance and social momentum across She’s A Baller platforms. Talent-led storytelling and platform-native creative generated 2.6M views, reaching millions of women’s sports fans and positioning the space as more than a store—it became a statement. That energy then moved into real-life community experiences, with 400+ attendees at the first in-store event and a further 1.7M views generated. As the project entered its final phase, the focus shifted to legacy, spotlighting the SMEs, creators and stories behind the space. Strong organic creator support showed the impact of centring culture, community and women’s sport authentically.

Subway

Community

The initiative. We were super excited to partner with Subway for a third time to deliver the first ever dual-city watch party for the Subway Women’s League Cup Final, engaging women’s football fans through a diverse and unique community-led experience. Across London and Manchester, the campaign combined live event energy with a co-ordinated social content strategy to bring safe spaces to women’s fans and amplify reach beyond the room. The objective was to support Subway in its positioning as a credible supporter of women’s football, increasing brand visibility through authentic engagement both in-person and online.

What we did. We produced two sold-out event experiences across two cities with both events including; talent, music, and branded fan moments. From start to finish we Ideated and procured on-site activations such as; tattoo stations, candle painting and jewellery making to drive interaction and enhance the IRL experience for fans. We also drove ticket sales and awareness of the Subway’s brand/partnership with the League Cup. Capturing real-time content on the ground across both locations we posted content live from the experience to keep a consistent flow and capture all the action in real time.

EA Sports

Gaming

The initiative. We were brought on to deliver and elevate EA FC’s 2025 Ratings campaign – one of the biggest (and sometimes controversial!) conversation drivers in EA’s calendar. The EA FC 2025 mantra is ‘For the Club’ – what will players truly do for their club in order to unlock their ratings for this year.

What we did. We worked closely with the EA Team to produce six shoots with teams at their training grounds to capture the players’ reactions to their reveals. We understand the women’s football audience wants authentic content and our main aim was to make the players feel comfortable enough to engage in some seriously funny/competitive challenges and also to tell us how they really felt about their ratings (good or bad…). And yes, we pranked some of them giving our audience a chance to see their amazing personalities really come to the forefront!

The FA campaign

The FA

Governing Body

The initiative. We partnered with the FA and Adobe to bring the Women’s FA Cup Fourth Round Draw live to the community at a space in Hackney and also live-streamed on YouTube. Taking care of everything from creative direction, branding (mirrors, windows, coasters, menus etc), sound, lighting, venue/licensing and staff, we programmed performances from LGBTQ+ advocates, a BBC Radio 1 DJ and procured well-respected women’s sport advocates for guests/hosts.

What we did. We invited grassroots clubs, running/rugby clubs, advocates, WSL & Women’s Championship players, brands, creators, fan supporter groups and our audience to enjoy a night of celebrating a key moment in the Women’s FA Cup calendar. We even elevated the event with WSL-themed cocktails and pizza! Documenting the event across our socials with an IG & TikTok takeover, we shared the ‘about last night photos’ the next day. We delivered an event wrap social cut down video to bring together the project and share the memories with our audience. And we received great feedback: “You ripped up the template of how Cup draws are usually done”.
